Grown at 1,450 MASL on the forward-thinking El Vergel Estate, this 100% Arabica blend of Red and Yellow Caturra is naturally decaffeinated using Colombian sugarcane, keeping all the flavor and none of the buzz.
El Vergel is led by the visionary Bayter family — Elías and Shady — who transformed their avocado farm into one of Colombia’s most innovative coffee projects. With decades of dedication and experimentation, they're redefining what decaf can be.
🧪 Precision fermentation meets smooth decaf
These cherries undergo a 48–60 hour anaerobic fermentation to develop their juicy, tropical profile. After sun-drying and mechanical drying at low temps, they’re gently decaffeinated using the Sugarcane EA method, a natural process that preserves complexity without compromising quality.

Sunset Chocolate is a vibrant, fruity cup with dessert-like depth. Expect notes of milk chocolate, tropical fruits, strawberry, honey, and a spark of citrus — beautifully layered and clean, perfect hot or over ice.
